This All-Welded Security Building is ideal for a security officer or attendant at your gate, or anywhere you need to shelter employees or valuable equipment. Gray, maintenance-free building with floor and watertight roof has an all-welded, extruded aluminum frame for unmatched strength.
High-density insulated board is 1/2" with .03" thick fiberglass-reinforced, laminated plastic exterior wall panels. Floor is made with 5/8" particle board finished with vinyl tile (aluminum tread plate on 48"W models) with 5/8" plywood underlayment. Heavy-duty sliding windows with 1/8" tempered safety glass panels on all four sides for 360 degree visibility. Pre-hung, 20-ga. steel door with fixed 2' x 2' window and lockset. Shipped fully wired and ready-to-use with lights, outlets and 100A circuit box. Overall height is 92"; inside height is 82-3/4". This model has a 24" overhang roof that is shipped separately and requires installation.
