This is a maintenance free outdoor/indoor cigarette receptacle. Cigarettes are simply dropped through the 1-1/2" covered opening at the top. Receptacle restricts the amount of oxygen inside to extinguish a burning cigarette. Made of high density, flame-retardant, polyethylene unit is 16-1/2" dia. x 38-1/2" H. Galvanized steel pail liner included, base has 2 tie-downs, on sides to prevent theft and greater stability under severe weather conditions. Unique rain bonnet opening keeps rain out and discourages other trash. Simply lift off lid to empty big galvanized steel pail inside. In high humidity environments, unique "drip-lip" internal construction prevents tar condensation from escaping.
