Protect your building and dock areas with this dock bumper. Bumpers absorb 80% of the impact force of delivery trucks. Guaranteed for 10 years. Made from selected truck tires laminated under pressure between 1/4-" thick steel plates and tied together with 3/4" steel rods. Easy to install, just bolt or weld 1" to 2" below dock level, 12" apart. Use 4-1/2" thick for normal applications. Use 6" thick Bumpers for more protection or where dockseals are used. Vertical bumpers are used to prevent loaded trailers from getting under bumper and prying off as truck rises while being unloaded.
