DOT-E 9168 Exemption Packaging is designed, tested and certified for Packing Group I, II and III Dangerous Goods. Great for shipping up to
1L of liquid or 2.85kg of solid material. The DOT exemption authorizes the transportation of various dangerous goods materials without hazard labels or placards. Comes with 4GV mark for specification packaging to give you the flexibility of using your own inner container within specified limits when shipping by ground. Slip cover can and absorbent included. Choose from 8-, 16- or 32-oz. bottle.
Kits include 275-lb. corrugated carton, metal can, plasticcoated bottle with a Teflon® foam-backed liner to handle a wide range of chemicals, vermiculite wrap, 4-mil polybag, sealing tape and packaging instructions. All kits (except No. C15075) feature a plastic-coated amber glass bottle that provides added protection for light-sensitive materials. The plastic coating will contain the glass and the bottle’s contents in the event of breakage. Compliance: UN marking: see chart. Single bottle packages: DOT-E 9168-domestic only.
