- 3"-thick interchangeable 8'H Wall Panels. Made with two 5⁄8"-thick type-X Gypsum panels laminated to a polystyrene core and covered with 4-mil maintenance-free vinyl. Excellent sound reduction with an R-9 thermal insulation rating. Modular offices over 12'W utilize a 9'H wall panel.
- Steel Posts & support channels are painted to match the walls to eliminate Ugly "zebra stripes". Allows interchagable panels to be removed without disturbing adjacent panals & acts as concealed raceways for electrical, computer & phone lines.
- Pre-hung 20-ga. steel door with a 20" x 30" window has a 16-ga. steel frame with tight-seal gasket jamb and lockset. 7'H x 3'W x 13⁄8"-thick hollow door is standard right hand swing. (left swing available upon request)
- Corrugated Steel Roof Deck for noise, thermal & dust control. Available with optional 125 PSF load-bearing storage roof. (priced separately).
- Acoustical ceiling with suspended non-combustible tiles and 2 x 4 light fixtures. (bulbs not included)
- Electrical Package includes lights, switch, receptacles, plates, junction box and conduit run in post to ceiling. (Wiring and ceiling conduit is not included)
